In the Insights section you can see how your already published posts are landing on the platforms – that's real numbers straight from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more. So you can tell what's working without checking each app individually.
Note: Insights need connected social accounts and are part of the Social Connect add-on. To learn exactly what's needed, see Requirements for insights.
What insights show
- Reach: How many people have seen a post or your profile.
- Engagement: Likes, comments and saves – and from those, an engagement rate that puts reactions in relation to reach.
- Follower growth: How your follower count changes over time (depending on the tier you've booked).
- Top posts: Which of your posts are performing best, at a glance.
You can switch between your connected platforms and look at individual accounts in detail.
The AI summary
So you don't just get numbers but also some context, maebe will sum up the key takeaways for you on request, by AI, in easy-to-understand sentences. How that works is explained under AI summary of your insights.
Important: insights are not the post status
Don't mix up insights with the internal status of a post in maebe. These are two different things:
- The post status (draft, in review, approved …) shows where the post stands in the internal workflow.
- Insights only show something once a post is actually published on the platform and is collecting reactions there.
So an approved but not yet published post won't show up in insights yet.
Tip: Numbers don't update in real time. Reactions take their time, and the platforms deliver the figures with a bit of delay.
