Invoices & payment details

Get your invoices, change your payment method and cancel – through the customer portal.

As soon as you've activated a plan, billing runs through our payment provider. It handles the payments and gives you your own customer portal, where you manage everything around invoices and payment yourself.

Where to find the customer portal

You reach the customer portal from your maebe account via your plan overview. From there you're securely taken to the payment provider's portal – without having to sign in again.

What you do there

In the customer portal you can:

  • Get your invoices and download them – handy for your bookkeeping,
  • change your payment method, for example when your card has expired,
  • adjust your billing details,
  • and cancel your subscription if you no longer want to use maebe.

When you cancel

If you cancel in the portal, your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for – so you don't lose access right away. After that, no further charges are taken. Your content stays in place for the time being, but can no longer be edited.

Note: If you just want to switch to a smaller plan rather than cancel altogether, a plan change is usually the better choice – that way you keep your access.

When a payment fails

If a charge doesn't go through – for example because of an expired card – you'll be notified. In that case, add a valid payment method in the customer portal so your plan keeps running without interruption.
