A team is your workspace in maebe. Everything you work on belongs to a team: the projects, the posts, the uploaded media and the people who work alongside you. You can picture a team as a closed drawer – whatever sits inside one team is cleanly separated from the others.
What belongs to a team
- Members – the people who work in this team, each with a role. More on this under Roles & permissions.
- Projects – the collections of posts within the team. See Creating projects.
- Storage – each team has its own space for media. To see how much is in use, check your storage.
Being in several teams
You can be in several teams at the same time. That's handy if, for example, you run a separate team per client as an agency, or you help out in other teams alongside your own. Your role can differ from team to team – in one you might be the owner, in another just an invited member.
Switching between teams
The team switcher sits right at the top of the sidebar. Tap it to jump between your teams. As soon as you switch, maebe shows you the projects, posts and settings of the chosen team.
Tip: You can pin frequently used teams as favorites with the star. That way they always stay at the top and you save yourself the search.
Where to go next
If your team should grow, read Inviting members. And if you want to get started right away, the Quick start: your first post will help you along.
