The brand kit is the foundation for all your visuals. You set up your brand look here once – colours, fonts, logo and profile – and every new visual draws on it automatically. That keeps everything you design consistent on its own.
You'll find the brand kit via the brand strip at the top of your Visuals overview – it shows your colors, fonts and logo at a glance and takes you straight in with one click. As everywhere in maebe, every change saves immediately, and in the live preview you can see right away how your look changes.
Colours
Set your brand colours – a primary colour, accompanying colours and the colour for text. These colours are then available in the editor as a quick pick when you set accents and labels.
Fonts
Choose the fonts for headlines and body text from a curated selection. There's also an elegant italic variant that appears whenever you emphasize a word in a headline with *asterisks*. All fonts are embedded in a privacy-friendly way.
Logo & profile
- Logo: Upload your logo. It can appear on your slides.
- Profile picture & handle: Add your profile picture and your @handle. On the closing page (outro) of a carousel, your handle is shown automatically – perfect as a "follow me" ending.
Light and dark variant
You maintain your brand kit in a light and a dark variant. This is handy because photos are sometimes light and sometimes dark: in the editor you switch each slide between light and dark, and the text always stays readable – without you having to adjust colours by hand every time.
Live preview
On the right you see your brand kit in action – as an example slide with your profile, colours and fonts. So you can refine your look at your own pace before designing your first visual.
