You can look at every project in two ways: as a list or as a calendar. Both show the same posts – just arranged differently. At the top of the project you switch between the two views with a single tap.
The list view
The list shows all of the project's posts one below the other. For each post you can see at a glance:
- a preview image or cover,
- the title,
- the chosen platform and format,
- the current status (for example draft, in review or posted),
- the target date, if one is set.
The list is ideal when you want to scroll quickly, edit individual posts or keep an eye on the status of several posts at once.
The calendar view
The calendar arranges your posts by their target date in a monthly or weekly overview. That way you instantly see which days already have something planned and where there are still gaps. It's especially useful for making sure your posts are evenly spread out or for avoiding clusters.
Note: Posts without a target date don't appear in the calendar – they wait in the list until then. As soon as you set a date, they slide into place on the right day.
Finding and opening a post
In both views the same rule applies: just tap on a post to open it in the post editor. That's where you edit media, text, format and everything else.
- In the list you click on the post's row.
- In the calendar you click on the entry on the relevant day.
Which view, and when?
| View | Good for |
|---|---|
| List | Editing, checking status, quick reviewing |
| Calendar | Scheduling over time, finding gaps, an overview of the month |
Switch between the two as often as you like – maebe doesn't remember anything, and you don't lose anything. To learn how to create new posts, see Creating a post.
