Every now and then maebe runs promotions – for example a percentage discount on the first few months. You'll get a promo code for that, which you activate in your account.
How to redeem a code
- In your account, open the Plan section.
- Enter the code in the Promo code field and click Redeem.
- From now on the plan page shows the active promotion – the discount is applied automatically at your next checkout.
If you arrive at maebe through a promo link (the code is already part of the address), it's active automatically after you sign in. Nothing else to enter.
What does the discount apply to?
The discount applies to everything you book during the promotion – your plan as well as extras like Social Connect or additional storage. Each booking gets the discount for the stated number of months, counted from its own start.
Good to know
- A promotion has a time window. It applies to bookings made within that window – not retroactively.
- A subscription that's already running doesn't get the discount after the fact. If you add an extra during the promotion, though, the discount applies to that extra.
- When the discount period ends, billing continues at the regular price – you don't need to do anything. You can always see this on your invoices.
- A code that has expired or been used up can no longer be redeemed. The plan page tells you right when you try.
