Sometimes you know you need a campaign โ but you're missing that first spark of an idea. That's exactly what the campaign assistant is for. You give it a short briefing, and it turns that into a whole list of post ideas for your project.
Where to find it
The assistant lives inside the project. In a project's post overview you'll find a dedicated tile that opens it. It always works in the context of that one project โ so the ideas land right where they belong.
How to use it
- Write a briefing. Describe your campaign in a few sentences: topic, goal, audience, tone of voice, important dates. The more specific you are, the better the suggestions.
- Set the scope. Choose the platforms (for example Instagram and TikTok) and โ if you like โ how many ideas you want and the date by which they should be spread out.
- Generate. The assistant creates a thoughtful list with a title, an idea and a caption suggestion for each post โ and, if you want, even a suggested date.
- Pick & add them. Like filling a shopping cart, you put together the ideas you like โ in card or calendar view. With one click you add your selection to the project.
Tip: Leave "Include existing posts" switched on. The assistant then takes a look at what's already planned in the project and adds to it sensibly, instead of repeating itself.
Voice & performance
The ideas automatically sound like your brand: the assistant uses the brand voice and AI context you've stored at team and project level โ see Brand voice & AI context. If you have the Social Connect add-on, you can additionally include your best-performing posts, so the suggestions take their cue from what has already worked well for you.
What happens to the ideas
Ideas you add are created as planning ideas in your project โ loose sketches, not finished posts yet. You flesh them out later at your own pace and turn them into real posts. More on that in Planning mode. And if you'd rather create an idea from scratch yourself, you can of course do that the usual way via Creating a post.
Good to know
- The generated ideas are just suggestions at first. Nothing is saved or published until you add it yourself.
- The project remembers your last briefing, so you can pick up where you left off next time.
- You can use the assistant several times a day, but there's a fair daily limit โ in everyday work you'll hardly notice it.
