maebe comes in several plans โ from a small starting point for solo creatives to a big package for growing studios. Which one suits you depends on how many teams and projects you work with and how much storage you need. You manage your plan in your account.
Seeing your current plan
In your account settings you'll find your plan overview. It shows you:
- which plan you're currently using,
- what it includes (teams, projects, storage and more),
- and whether you're still in your trial.
Try it for 14 days โ without a card
When you're just starting out, you try maebe free for 14 days โ with no payment details at all. You don't need to add a card to get going. During this time you have access to every feature of your chosen plan.
If the trial runs out without you booking, your content stays in place and visible โ you just can't create or change anything new until you activate your plan. You're only asked for your payment details when you activate.
Note: You can also activate during the trial if you want to get straight to it. The trial then ends and regular billing begins.
Changing your plan
You start a change in the plan overview by selecting the plan you want.
- Upgrade (to a larger plan): The extra features and higher limits are available to you right away.
- Downgrade (to a smaller plan): Make sure you'll fit under the new limits afterwards โ for example the number of teams, projects or your storage. Anything you've created beyond the new limit you should clean up beforehand.
If you've already activated your subscription, the switch takes effect right away โ you don't need to re-enter your payment details. The difference between your old and new plan is prorated for the rest of your billing period.
If you only need a single extra feature rather than a larger plan, take a look at the add-ons โ you book those separately from your plan. You'll find your invoices and payment details under Invoices & payment details.
