So you can publish posts straight from maebe and see real statistics, you connect your social-media accounts to maebe. Supported platforms include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Who connects the accounts?
Usually the team's owner takes care of the connection, since this involves access rights to the platform accounts. That way the access stays bundled in one place.
How to connect an account
- Open your team's Social Connect management.
- Choose the platform you want to connect (for example Instagram).
- Follow the sign-in with the provider and confirm access.
- Back in maebe, the account appears in the list with its name and profile picture.
How many accounts you can connect depends on the tier of your Social Connect add-on that you've booked.
Accounts of clients or artists
You don't have to know your clients' login details yourself. maebe can generate an invitation link that lets the client or artist connect their own account themselves. That way the password stays with the person who owns the account – you just get the connection.
Managing the connection
- Disconnect: You can disconnect an account again at any time. After that, publishing and fetching new statistics are no longer possible.
- Status: In the list you can see, per account, whether it's actively connected or whether there's a problem.
Tip: It's best to connect accounts right at the start of a project – then publishing and statistics are available to you straight away.
