Instead of sharing each post one by one, you can group several posts into a collection. Your client then gets just a single URL and works through all the posts there – approving, rejecting and commenting as usual, only bundled together.
Where to find your collections
You'll find all of your team's collections in the sidebar under Approval pools. The overview shows every collection with its status, scope (project or team), mode (dynamic or manual) and the remaining duration. Right below it you create new collections — guided in three steps:
- Choose the scope – team pool or a specific project.
- Choose the content – dynamic (matching posts join automatically, optionally with fine filters) or manual (you pick them yourself).
- Name & duration – how long the client link stays valid (7, 14, 30 or 90 days).
The familiar entry points at the bottom of the team and project pages remain and lead into the same flow.
What it's useful for
Collections save back-and-forth when more than one post is up for review:
- Weekly or monthly planning – put all the posts for a period up for approval at once.
- Campaigns – get a whole campaign signed off in one go.
- Fewer links – your client only has to remember one address instead of ten separate ones.
On the collection page, your client sees all the included posts one after another and decides on each post individually – just like with a single approval link, only in one place.
Two kinds of collections

The project pool is the easiest way in: you gather the open posts of a project and share them through one URL.
Note: The team pool is a feature of the Pro plans (Pro+). With it you can bring together posts from different projects into a single collection – ideal for agencies who want to present a client with everything at once, across projects. You can also run several team pools in parallel, for example one per client.
What your clients experience
For your client, a collection feels just as familiar as a single link:
- No login needed – the URL is enough.
- PIN protection available – just like with a single link.
- Decide per post – approve, reject or comment, each one individually.
So you keep the convenience of a bundled overview without making the approval itself any more complicated.
Collections filter – they don't set rules
Important to understand: a collection never changes the approval settings of your posts. Who has to approve, whether a PIN is required and what your client may edit always lives on the individual post – the default comes from your team's standard approval flow, and you can adjust it per post at any time. The collection is just the bundled door to it.
For dynamic collections you use filters to decide which posts get included – optionally in fine detail:
- Approval status – e.g. only posts that haven't been approved yet.
- Approval method – e.g. only posts approvable without a PIN, or posts that require a specific approval contact.
- Scheduled posts only – only posts with a date set (on by default). If a post loses its date, it leaves the collection again.
- Active approval link – only posts whose approval link is switched on. That makes the share toggle on a post the deliberate "into the collection" signal.
- Date range – only posts scheduled within a certain window.
- Platforms – only posts for specific platforms.
The filters only decide about joining: when your client approves a post inside the collection, it stays visible – so they keep track of their progress. You can adjust the filters of an existing collection at any time via "Pool filters".
